Role

You’ll assist the CS Manager and the CS Team in following up with customers, validating the orders, ensuring the customers are happy. Also get to learn and get experience working in the customer support team, using tools and processes with the senior team.

Experience:

2 to 4 Years

Skills & Knowledge Required:
  • Google Drive
  • Communication (Hindi + English – Both Written & Verbal)
